UMAFIX is a premixed single-component cement mortar formulated with hydraulic binders, selected aggregates and polymer additives that guarantee high mechanical performance and excellent adhesion to the existing substrate. This shrinkage-compensated product is specifically designed for the structural restoration of concrete in civil and industrial settings.\n\nIts advanced formulation allows for quick and long-lasting repairs thanks to its characteristics of high compressive strength (= 30 N/mm² after 28 days) and good flexural strength (= 6 N/mm²). The high adhesion (= 1.5 N/mm²) ensures a perfect bond with the existing substrate, reducing the risk of detachment or peeling over time.\n\nEasy to use, UMAFIX simply requires the addition of water (approximately 0.14 l/kg) to obtain a homogeneous mixture that is easily applicable with a spatula or trowel. Thanks to its workability time of approximately 40 minutes and initial setting time of approximately 90 minutes, it offers ample room for manoeuvre during application.\n\nSuitable for restoration work on concrete structures damaged by carbonation, chemical attack or mechanical wear, UMAFIX is used in numerous sectors: from public infrastructures to civil works, from industrial buildings to multi-storey car parks.\n\nAvailable in 25 kg packs, this versatile, high-performance mortar can be applied to thicknesses of between 1 and 5 cm, maintaining its properties unaltered even in adverse weather conditions (application temperature from 5°C to +30°C).
